Our contract with you, the member:

Providing the service:
By purchasing the Subscription Membership you are entering into a contract with us whereby we will provide you with a digital subscription to receive and access our premium services and content for the period as set out on the registration form ("Term”). At the end of each Term, the Term will automatically renew for a Term of the same duration until you or we end the contract. See Clause 9. As a Subscriber you agree that you will only use our services as a private consumer, in a non-commercial capacity for your own personal benefit.
If our supply of our email updates, newsletter, the Website, is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for the period that the Website could not be used.
We may have to suspend our email updates, newsletter or the use of the Website to deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes; update our emails, Website to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or make changes to our emails , the Website.
If this happens we will aim to contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of our services, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the services for longer than 30 consecutive days in any Term for Subscribed Members, we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for the services whilst it is suspended. You may contact us to end the contract if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, in each case for a period of more than 90 consecutive days, and we will refund any sums you have paid to us in advance for the Subscription Membership in respect of the period affected.

Membership Account Registration
To register and create a membership account on Planetairlines.net, you must provide a valid email address, a username, and a password. It is a requirement for the user of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. To access the deals delivered to your email address will need to pay a subscription payment which is recurring or a one time payment.
Note, all payments are processed by third parties. Planetairlines.net does not store or has access to your payment details. Recurring Payments are taken by Stripe ®. Prices are shown in (GBP) British Pounds. We use the abbreviation "GNL Subscription" for you to easily identify our payments on your bank statement.
You, the user, are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur on your account and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure.
You agree not to disclose these details to any other person or entity and immediately notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe someone has used or is using your account without your permission or if your account has been subject to any other breach of security.
We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time and at our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
Subscriptions and payments:
The costs of the Membership will be as set out on the Website. If you sign up for our Membership, you agree to pay the subscription price for the digital subscription, which is valid at the time of payment, for a minimum duration of one month (30 days) and a maximum of 6 months (180 days).
The charge for each subsequent renewal/Term will be as set out on the Website, the renewal will be always set at the same price, regardless if we increase the fee on our website for new members.
We may offer new subscribers an initial discount of the Subscription Membership as part of their digital subscription. In such cases, users will be notified by email of their term and access plan. At the end of the discount period, you may either cancel your digital Subscription Membership or we will begin to take payment for your Subscription Membership at the full price that you chose at the beginning.
In order to become a member and receive the deals you need to complete the membership subscription form. When we receive the form, we will forward you the payment link and the welcome email. Once you have completed the payment you will receive another email informing you, regarding your payment type membership and your membership activation.
All purchases will appear with the acronym "GNL Subscription", to guarantee privacy to the user. All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing https://www.planetairlines.net/cancel. This would be notified by email when the recurring payments have been successfully cancelled.
You are entitled to cancel any subscription, for any reason and at any time, thereby ensuring that you will not be billed again for that subscription.
Payment forms and refunds:
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and American Express cards worldwide. Payments are taken by Stripe® and are displayed in GBP British Pounds. It is also possible to use Discover cards and Union Pay cards depending on the location and financial institution agreement of the card. We recommend to use however, Visa or Mastercard.
It is also possible to pay for a one time access to the site, with payment providers such as Wise, One time payments (Via Stripe) or Alipay. These applications work independently to our website. For these payments we request users to select their desired pay method and send us an email to email@example.com for the next steps to complete access as a member.
Prices and coupons:
At times, we may offer discounts and promotions to users. These discounts and coupons are issued in partnership with our payment host provider and reserve the right to withdraw these discounts or coupons at any time without prior notice. Discounts and promotions may include free subscriptions to the website, extension of recurring payments to give extra months of service at no extra cost, 1 month or more free subscription or discounts for one or multiple months.
All users, independently of full, partial or free subscription, must complete the subscription process in order to access all content of the website.

Lock Price Benefit: Subscribing to the site comes with the "lock price" benefit which means the user will pay the same amount every month, irrespective if the price goes up. This amount will be specified on the payment page at the beginning of payment. All recurring payments made by the user thereafter will be the same, as long as the user maintains the current subscription. If the user cancels the subscription and wants to re-subscribe again, the price may have changed, since the first membership.
User's are responsible for their own payments and correct card details. If the card expires, is lost or stolen and does not update/notify us with new payment information, Planetairlines.net reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership of the user, prior email notification warning, on the date that the miss-payment occurs.
New user discount: 30% reduction on the monthly plan is offered on the first month for those who pay for a new subscription on our website. 30% discount is only offered on the first month, which is priced at £7.49, after the reduction, the new price will be £5.24 for the first month. After, the price will revert to the normal monthly price set in the initial agreement of £7.49.
Promotions: From time to time we may launch promotions and discounts. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions for any given reason without notice or modifying these terms. Currently we have the following promotions active:

Refunds may also be offered for any users who pay twice on the same day, due to error or mistake. This can be requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org , explaining the reasons to have paid twice. Refunds are subject to consideration. Extension times can be offered instead in order to give the users the full time, of any payments they have made to the website. Any refund due will be refunded via the original method of payment. You are responsible for informing us immediately if your original method of payment is no longer available (for example, if you paid with a credit or debit card and such card has expired) and for providing an appropriate alternative method of payment. You are responsible for any problems or costs caused by the unavailability of your original method of payment or by an alternative method of payment that you have provided to us.
Subscription Memberships will automatically renew for a further Term at the end of a Term. If you do not wish for the membership to renew you can cancel future billing in the Subscription tab on the website or contact us at least 24 hours prior to the expiry of the Term to inform us that you do not wish to renew at email@example.com.
Recurring payments are automatically generated by the system when the user subscribes to the site. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have enough funds to cover the next payment. If the payment fails on the renewal date, we will honour 3 extra days and send the user an payment failure notification to warn the user about the unpaid balance.
If the user does not add funds or does not update the card information for payment, on the second attempt of payment, the balance will remain unpaid and the users account will be deactivated and the membership cancelled. Once the membership is cancelled, any user wanting to access the website again, will need to re-subscribe, but note, the price may differ from the original price they paid at the beginning.
Membership Account Deactivation
Should you wish to deactivate your Planetairlines.net membership account, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your deactivation request. We will deactivate your account within 24 hours after receiving your request. You will receive an email to confirm the cancellation of payment and another email to confirm the last date of your membership to the site.
Users are also able to cancel their membership by completing the "Cancellation form" at the Members Area Menu. Once completed, an automated email will be sent out to inform the user of the request for cancellation. We will then proceed to cancel the membership within 24 hours and inform the user by email when the membership has been successfully cancelled.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, provided that in no case shall we be liable in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence) for any indirect or consequential losses whatsoever or howsoever arising, including loss of profit, business, contracts or anticipated savings. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care.
We are not liable for business losses. We only supply our services for domestic and private use. If you use the Website for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Our rights to end your subscription:
We may end the Subscription with you if you breach any of your obligations under the contract or any applicable terms and conditions. We may end the Subscription at any time by writing to you if: (a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 3 calendar days of us reminding you that payment is due; (b) if you breach any of the terms of this agreement, the license agreement, the privacy or cookies policy, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
We may stop providing the email updates, newsletters or withdraw the Website. We may write to you to let you know that we are going to stop providing the email updates, newsletters or the Website. We can do this at any time, but we will let you know at least 28 days in advance of our stopping the supply of the email updates, newsletters and Website and will refund pro-rata for the period that our services will not be provided in the then current Term of each paying Member.
Limitation of liability:
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, our subsidiary and parent companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, including our messaging, blogs, comments of others, emails, products, or services, or third-party materials, products, or services made available through the site or by us in any way, even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not follow up, but we continue to provide the product, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
Alternative dispute resolution: Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact an alternative dispute resolution provider, however, we are not members of any alternative dispute resolution body at present.
